Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- Account info: name, email address, and login credentials when you sign up (handled via Outseta).
- Payment info: processed directly by Stripe. Toro Gold never sees or stores your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, content viewed, and general analytics (via Meta Pixel and standard site analytics) to understand what content resonates and to run ads.
- Communications: if you email us or reply to a broadcast, we keep that correspondence.
2. How we use it
- To provide the Service: authenticate you, gate member-only content, process billing, send you the daily/weekly content you're subscribed to.
- To run ads and measure their performance (Meta Pixel tracks conversions from ad clicks to sign-ups).
- To improve the product: what content gets read, what drives upgrades.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Third parties we use
- Outseta — membership, authentication, and email delivery.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — ad delivery and the Meta Pixel for conversion tracking.
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
- TradingView — if you submit your TradingView username to receive indicator access, that's shared only for the purpose of granting script access.
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data passed to them.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses local storage for login sessions (Outseta) and the Meta Pixel for ad tracking. You can control cookies and site data through your browser settings; disabling them may break login functionality.
5. Data retention
We keep account and billing records as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after (for tax/legal record-keeping). You can request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at seb@torofx.com to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We rely on our providers' (Outseta, Stripe, Cloudflare) security infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
